These Terms govern your use of X3 CarrierCheck, a service of X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3," "we," "us"). By using this site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What X3 CarrierCheck is
X3 CarrierCheck helps brokers, shippers, factoring companies, and carriers vet motor carriers using public FMCSA data and licensed carrier data before doing business. It is a compliance support tool, not legal advice, and X3 is not a law firm.
2. Not affiliated with FMCSA or USDOT
X3 is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.
3. Data & accuracy
Carrier data is sourced from FMCSA and licensed third-party providers and may lag official records. FMCSA does not publicly report the Crash Indicator or Hazardous Materials BASIC percentiles, and we do not display them. A “Clear” result is decision support, not a guarantee against fraud or loss. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that any data or output is complete, current, or error-free. Verify critical information against official sources before acting.
4. No guaranteed outcome
Results depend on factors outside our control, including government processes and your own operations. We do not guarantee any specific result, ruling, audit outcome, or regulatory decision.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. One-time deliverables are non-refundable once delivered. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use X3 CarrierCheck only for lawful purposes and only for parties you are authorized to review. You will not scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the service except as expressly permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, X3 Fleet Safety LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
